Let’s hope that we’re marching toward better weather this month (Get it?). Whether it’s rain or shine, there are always fun things to do in NYC. Here’s what’s happening in March:

Philip K. Dick Film Festival | March 4 – 8, 2020
Have an interest in the puzzling, the metaphysical, or the downright eerie? The annual Philip K. Dick Film Festival is back at the Museum of the Moving Image with a hair-raising, thought-provoking lineup of films inspired by the works of science fiction writer Philip K. Dick.

#ExpressThanks Pop Up Cafe | March 6, 2020
In honor of Employee Appreciation Day and to kick off its #ExpressThanks campaign, American Express is setting up a pop up cafe in Grand Central Station’s Vanderbilt Hall. There will be free coffee and opportunities to show your appreciation to your co-workers.

Watson Adventures’ Grand Central Scavenger Hunt | March 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2020
Make a game out of exploring the city’s most interesting train station! Each Saturday of the month, Watson Adventures is offering a scavenger hunt through Grand Central Station. And no, you don’t have to be a NY history buff to take part. No prior knowledge is required.

Grand Opening of the Edge Observation Deck | March 11, 2020

A Tribute to the Tredwells’ Irish Servants at the Merchant’s House Museum | March 12 – 16, 2020
This St. Patrick’s Day weekend, learn what daily life was like for the 24,000 Irish immigrants who got by in NYC as servants to wealthy families like the Treadwells. You’ll tour four floors of the Treadwell House, including the servants quarters, experiencing the house as servant Bridget Murphy did.

That Physics Show | March 14 – May 23, 2020
Billed as “a very scientific cross between Blue Man Group and The Gazillion Bubble Show,” That Physics Show is a series of live physics demonstrations that will blow your mind!

Macy’s Flower Show | March 22 – April 5, 2020
Don’t want to drop 30 bucks on the New York Botanical Garden’s Orchid Show? See Macy’s annual Flower Show for free. This year’s theme is Voyage to Oceanum, featuring underwater flowers, coral reefs, and mythical creatures.
